  • I’m a Psychological Therapist working in the NHS, specialising in the treatment of trauma. I work with people with many different mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addictions and problems in relationships or with sleep. My aim is to offer a safe, supportive space which helps people explore and better understand what they are struggling with, so we can think creatively together about the possible ways forward. I am trained in a range of therapies (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-focussed Therapy (CFT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic, Systemic, and Mindfulness) which means the treatment I offer is tailored to each person’s unique situation, preferences and hopes for the future.
